Adopt a Rock Program

Here is your opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of quality curling rocks at the Yellowknife Curling Club. Individual club members or corporate entities have an opportunity to Adopt-A-Rock for a fee of $150. Proceeds from the Adopt-A-Rock program will contribute toward the resurfacing or purchasing and general maintenance of all the rocks at the club. Each adopted rock will have the handle engraved with your personal inscription (subject to acceptance by the program coordinator). The adoption of a rock will guarantee your inscription for a lifetime (twenty years).

Consider adopting a rock as:

  • A gift to celebrate a special occasion (i.e. the birth of your child)
  • A memorial to a family member or friend
  • An opportunity to promote your business/organization
  • A personal tribute
  • A tribute to someone who has contributed to your club by volunteering, etc

Club members will be given an opportunity to Adopt-A-Rock prior to corporate entities. Selection of sheet, rock number and colour will be done on a first-paid/ first-served basis.
